Concierge / Shuttle Bus 

Our concierge is here to assist you with ski rentals, ski schools, ski lift passes, tours, nearby restaurant recommendations, and any other inquiries to make your stay more comfortable.

During peak times, finding a taxi in Happo can be difficult.

If you inform us in advance, we can arrange transportation for you.

For ski lifts, we recommend using the resort-operated shuttle bus.

Hotel transportation is primarily available for check-in and check-out.
